1. Who this applies to
This policy applies to everyone who uses Qualitas365 — visitors, registered users, credit-holders and trade partners — and to every photograph, prompt, plan and render created through the platform.
2. Content you must not upload or generate
- Sexual, nude or suggestive content of any kind.
- Content depicting minors in any residential or personal context that is not clearly your own family home, and never their faces in identifiable form.
- Violent, gory, harassing, discriminatory or hateful imagery.
- Content that infringes third-party intellectual property (photographs from designers, brands or magazines you do not own).
- Photographs of homes you do not have permission to redesign.
- Malware, phishing content or attempts to embed harmful code in prompts or metadata.
- Content that impersonates a real person, brand or studio.
3. Uses of the platform we prohibit
- Automated scraping of the interface, catalogue or render library.
- Reselling raw AI renders as stock photography, presets or templates.
- Using the studio to build derivative or competing generative products.
- Attempting to bypass credit limits, promo restrictions, safety filters or payment controls.
- Any activity that violates applicable law in the jurisdiction where you access the platform.
4. Content you can freely use
You may upload photographs of homes you own or that a client has authorised you to work on, generate renders in any style available in the studio, iterate on materials and lighting, and share the results with your architect, contractor or customer.
5. Reporting and enforcement
Report abuse to [email protected]. We review every report promptly. Depending on severity we may remove content, warn the account, suspend generation, terminate the account and refund unused credits, or refer serious matters to competent authorities. Repeated or wilful violations may forfeit unused credits.
6. Appeals
If your account is actioned in error, reply to the notice we send you within 30 days and we will review the decision. We aim to respond within five business days.
