1. Your studio account
You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate registration details, and keep your password secret. You are responsible for all activity on your account until you notify us of unauthorised use.
2. What we provide
- An interactive kitchen planner with layouts, styles, cabinetry, countertops, backsplash, appliances and lighting.
- AI-generated visualisations of your plan, delivered against your credit balance.
- Studio services (upscales, restyles, material swaps, floor plan sketches, designer review PDFs) priced individually in credits.
3. Credits
- Credits are prepaid units used to consume paid services. 1 credit = €0.10, converted to your chosen currency at the mid-market rate shown at checkout.
- Minimum purchase is 50 credits. Credits do not expire.
- Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- Bank transfer is currently the only active payment method. Studio functionality unlocks once funds are received.
4. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the room photograph you upload and of the design brief you assemble in the planner. We retain the rights to the platform, its interface, code, brand and materials library.
AI-generated visualisations are licensed to you for personal and commercial renovation use. You may share them, print them and give them to your architect or contractor. Resale of the raw renders as a stock asset is not permitted.
5. Acceptable use
Do not upload content that infringes anyone's rights, depicts minors, contains explicit or violent material, or attempts to bypass our safety filters. Our full Acceptable Use Policy is linked in the sidebar and forms part of these terms.
6. Nature of AI renders
Renders are stylistic visualisations, not construction documents. Materials, dimensions, appliances and finishes shown in a render may not match what is available or feasible in your home. Always confirm with a qualified designer, architect or installer before purchasing materials or beginning work.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qualitas365 is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is capped at the amount you paid the studio in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. You may close your account at any time by writing to us; any unused credits remain non-refundable except where the Refund Policy applies.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's country of establishment. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its competent courts, unless mandatory consumer rules in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
