1. Guiding principle
Credits are a prepaid digital product. Once they have been used to generate a render or purchase a studio service, that consumption is final because the AI work has already been produced. Unused credits can be refunded within the window below.
2. 14-day right of withdrawal (EU / UK)
If you purchased from the EU or UK, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your order, provided no credits from that purchase have been consumed. By spending credits during the 14-day window, you expressly waive the right of withdrawal for the consumed portion, as permitted by consumer law for digital content supplied immediately.
3. Situations we always refund
- Duplicate charges caused by our billing system.
- Payments received but never credited to your studio balance.
- Bank transfers made in error before the order was confirmed.
- Documented outages that prevented you from using the credits you purchased.
- An AI render that failed to deliver due to a technical fault on our side (we will either re-render or refund the credits used).
4. Situations we cannot refund
- Credits already used on renders, upscales, restyles or other studio services.
- Dissatisfaction with a render because of a subjective aesthetic preference (please try a different style or material and contact us — we usually issue goodwill credits).
- Purchases where more than 30 days have elapsed and credits remain untouched (contact us; we handle case-by-case).
5. How to request a refund
Write to [email protected] from the email on your account with the order reference and a short description. We aim to reply within two business days and issue eligible refunds within ten business days via the same channel you paid — typically a return bank transfer.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks raised without a prior support request may result in account suspension and recovery costs.
7. Currency and FX
Refunds are issued in the currency of the original payment. Currency conversion losses between the purchase and the refund date are not reimbursed.
